Argentinians call them langouste, these are a new commercial species harvested by freezer vessels working off the South American coast, because the water is cold the meat is really tasty unlike the farmed black tiger prawns you can buy. Although these are pink in colour they are in fact raw and do need to be cooked. This is the L3 size, bigger sizes on request.
